Stainless steel bioreactor for pilot scale and production. Two configurations, BioFerm S and BioFerm PLUS, with total volumes of 200, 300, 500, 800 and 1,000 L.

Same volumes and the same Bioflex™ control: what changes is how far sterilization and valves are automated.
BioFerm S
The base configuration: manual valves for steam sterilization and for the bottom. CIP with spray-ball, skid on wheels and a re-sterilizable sampling valve are optional.
BioFerm PLUS
Automatic steam sterilization and bottom valve, CIP system with spray-ball, overpressure safety device, skid on wheels and re-sterilizable sampling valve included.
