Every component, to your specification
- Vessel geometry: H/D ratio of 3:1 for bacterial processes or 2:1 for cell cultures.
- Agitation: Rushton, marine or custom impellers; top mechanical seal, bottom double mechanical seal or bottom magnetic seal.
- Sparging and gas: custom sparger, gas mixing with additional MFCs.
- Sensors: pH, DO, PT100 and antifoam probes, extendable to ORP, biomass, conductivity and level.
- Sterilization and cleaning: manual or automatic steam sterilization valves, CIP with spray-ball, re-sterilizable bottom and sampling valves.
- Dosing: programmable peristaltic pumps and additional variable speed pumps.
- Auxiliaries: load cells, CO₂/O₂ gas analyzer, chiller and pure steam generator.
- Structure and control: skid on wheels, headplate lifting, Bioflex™ software with touch screen.
