An integrated solution for in-situ sterilization, cleaning (CIP) and temperature control of stainless steel bioreactors up to 500 L. Configurations from 18 to 60 kW deliver 26 – 86 kg/h of saturated steam, with operating temperatures up to 135 °C. PLC control, recipe management, data logging and steam filtration. AISI 316L boilers on a stainless steel mobile skid.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. The K1860 comes in five power sizes, from 18 to 60 kW, with saturated steam output from 26 to 86 kg/h, and covers in-situ sterilisation and cleaning of stainless steel bioreactors up to 500 L. Thermoregulation is specified with one or two circuits, depending on how many bioreactors the system has to serve. Cycles are run by a PLC with a 10″ touch screen and are logged.
