Frequently asked questions

The Biobook Compact supports vessels from 0.5 to 30 L total volume (0.25–25 L working volume depending on vessel type): autoclavable glass (0.5–15 L), autoclavable stainless steel (3–30 L), and single-use polycarbonate (0.5–10 L), all on the same control unit.

Rushton 6-blade, pitched 45°, marine 3-blade, axial and low-shear impellers are available, selectable per application. Aeration uses 4 standard gas lines (air, O₂, N₂, CO₂) plus overlay, with DO-cascade control and O₂/N₂ enrichment via 4 thermal MFCs.

Yes. The Bioflex™ SCADA software is compliant with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 — electronic audit trail and e-signatures. Full IQ/OQ/PQ documentation and cGMP validation packages are available on request.
